| Basically, the concert was fuckin' incredible! DTE is a pretty nice theatre. The long car rides weren't too bad either, despite the car troubles & stalling in the middle of the effing road! Heh. Plus, no school today since I got home around 3:30. Cool.
The first few bands sucked... didn't even bother watching them. Over Kill was... meh, okay. Arch Enemy was pretty good, I liked them. They played Ravenous, one of my favs. Opeth was next, but their set was way too fucking short! They were still great though. They played Ghost of Perdition, The Leper Affinity, Windowpane, & Deliverance. Mikael's vocals were beautiful- I love his versatility. I finally got an Opeth shirt too- I'm happy. :] Then Lamb of God came on... They had a couple good songs, but they all sounded alike. Good energy though. Their set was too damn long, & it got annoying. But anyway, then there was Megadeth! They were awesome, of course. Even had some pyrotechnics. But I was too cold & tired to actually get into it, heh. I didn't really care for their newer songs, I'm a fan of the older ones. Still kick ass, nonetheless. Steve got to meet Megadeth, that lucky bastard. :P

Overall, a great night. Can't wait to do it again. :)
